Site Coordinators lead the day-to-day operations of Reading Partners school sites. They are placed in partner schools where they oversee the full-time operations of a Reading Partners reading center. This includes student assessments, tutoring, and coordination of an average of 35-80 volunteer tutors.
Volunteer Coordinators serve as the face and voice of Reading Partners within their respective region. They identify and recruit high-quality, reliable community volunteers to become Reading Partners tutors. Volunteer Coordinators are also responsible for implementing a community engagement plan and identifying key partnership opportunities.
Regional Site Coordinators serve as a programmatic support across the region. This position collaborates with a portfolio of school sites on a regular basis, maintaining a connection to each center to understand its unique needs and relationships.
