While in college, Marcy began her career working with struggling readers at a Lindamood-Bell Learning Center. She later worked at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater LA, where she oversaw the recruitment and enrollment of both students and mentors. Recently, Marcy received her master’s in education policy, organizations, and leadership from Stanford University.
