Ahead of holidays, AG Bonta highlights importance of AmeriCorps, volunteers with Reading Partners

On December 8, 2025, CA Attorney General Rob Bonta and Josh Fryday, GO-Serve Director and California Chief Service Officer, visited one of our reading centers in San Francisco (César Chávez Elementary). The purpose of the visit for AG Bonta was to highlight an AmeriCorps program in SF. Our development director, Hong Thach, and members of the SFBA team were at the press conference to introduce themselves and to highlight our program and the invaluable roles AmeriCorps members play in our work.
