Chasidy Henry

Chasidy Henry has over a decade of experience in the education sector, teaching, leading, and directing public school and private education. Prior to joining Reading Partners, she taught for several years at the preschool, elementary, middle school, high school, and collegiate levels. She has taught multiple subjects, predominantly literacy centered instruction, and has worked with students with learning differences. Chasidy is a veteran presenter and published author. Chasidy has worked with several non-profit organizations, including Communities in Schools, Early Head Start, Head Start, The Parenting Cottage, Women’s Protective Services, National Association for the Education of Young Children, and more. Chasidy received her bachelor’s degree in elementary education and interdisciplinary studies from Angelo State University and her masters degrees in curriculum & instruction and educational leadership, and PhD in curriculum & instruction with emphasis in language and literacy from Texas Tech University.
