Nicole Arca

Nicole has dedicated her career to uplifting underrepresented communities and advancing social justice through her work as a fundraising professional. She most recently served as an associate director of development and outreach at Human Rights Watch (HRW), an international organization dedicated to exposing human rights abuses on a global scale. Prior to this, she was the director of development at East West Players, the nation’s premier Asian American theater. In addition to her professional roles, she serves on the board of Underdog Bookstore, a nonprofit committed to highlighting diverse, often untold stories. She holds a Master of Public Administration from Cal State LA and a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies from UC Berkeley.
