Susan Farrell

Susan is the daughter of a peace activist and mother to two social justice advocates. Striving to keep up with the rest of the family, Susan decided to save the world by becoming an elementary school teacher. After a career in business, she returned to school in her 40’s and earned her Masters degree in Elementary Education. She taught for several years and then joined Reading Partners as a community engagement associate. She is passionate about decreasing the size of Minnesota’s opportunity gap and increasing literacy for all children.
