Expanding literacy access in New York
Reading Partners has been a part of the New York educational landscape since 2011, when we first began placing community volunteers in public schools to help kids master basic reading skills. Our one-on-one tutoring empowers students to succeed in reading and in life by providing personal attention to each student in our program.

“I had a [student] who seemed enraptured with every step of the process, from the tutor read aloud and her chance to read–even the grammar. At one point, she blurted out, “I love Reading Partners!” I think she just loves life.”
