Reading Partners Seattle Virtual Trivia Night Fundraiser

October 8, 2020

Our Reading Partners team is ready to implement bold new ideas to serve our students during this difficult time. But as we pivot to implementing our digital tutoring platform, we’re encountering new expenses like Zoom licenses, Zoom phone lines and connectivity support for AmeriCorps members.

We’re thrilled to announce a fun new way to support Reading Partners: our first virtual trivia event! We’re partnering with local trivia host, Sporcle, to bring you an evening of fun(d) facts and brain teasers, where you can compete in general knowledge trivia with your friends and support a great cause while you do.

Join us Thursday, October 29 from 5:30-7 pm (PST)

  • Registration is $15.
  • Join with a team of up to 10 participants, or join individually and we’ll place you with a team!
  • Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams
  • Special prize for best Halloween costume
  • The Zoom room will open at 5:30. Trivia will begin at 6:00 and last one hour!

If you’re signing up as part of a team, be sure to write the name of your team captain while registering. If you’re buying tickets on behalf of other team members, please note their names and email addresses so we can make sure they receive the event link.

All funds raised will support critical program costs to bring free online tutoring to students in Seattle through our new Reading Partners Connects program during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Thank you for your continued support of Reading Partners. For any questions about the event, please email hannah.tyne@readingpartners.org
